Wonderful view but needs attention

The breathtaking view of the lake was a highlight of our stay, providing a peaceful backdrop every morning and evening. We loved the spaciousness of the one-bedroom suite.

However, the check-in process was frustratingly slow, taking thirty minutes due to staff shortages. Additionally, our suite had several maintenance issues, including a leaking faucet and faulty oven.

The decor in the lobby was beautifully inviting, and the spacious room provided ample accessibility, which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location near the lakeside park was lovely for taking morning strolls.

More accessible seating in common areas needed.

Nice views near the lake made for great morning walks. Rooms felt dated and cleanliness left something to be desired. Rooms spacious and had a kitchen, but the appliances could use an upgrade. Location is fantastic. nearby golf course adds to the appeal. Disappointed with the lack of pots and pans in the kitchen.

The One-Bedroom Suite was pretty spacious, with a nice view from the large balcony. The kitchen was a bonus and had everything I needed. WiFi was solid too. Plus, the staff were super friendly and quick to help, which made me feel welcome. Just a note, the balcony had some bugs on it, but overall, I enjoyed the stay.

Request a luggage cart at the front desk for easier access during check-in.

Spacious, cozy, inviting

I loved how spacious my One-Bedroom Suite felt. it was like a little home away from home! The comfy bed made it so easy to relax and get a good night's sleep after a busy day. Plus, the balcony offered stunning views of the surrounding area that just took my breath away!

The Waterside Inn offered a convenient location with easy access to the Go Station, making my commute to Toronto effortless. The two-bedroom suite was perfect for my family of four, providing ample space to work and relax. I also appreciated the nearby restaurants and shops along Lakeshore Rd, enhancing my stay tremendously.

The bathroom required some updates and attention.

Beautiful location and spacious rooms

I stayed for 2 nights in a One-Bedroom Suite and loved the gorgeous view of the Toronto skyline from my balcony. The suite was well-equipped with a fridge, stove, and microwave, which made meals convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and assisted me with any inquiries I had. However, I did find the room a bit dated and could use some updates.

However, staff interactions were inconsistent, as some seemed a bit rude, and the lack of accessible seating in common areas was noticeable.

The one-bedroom suite offered ample space , including a cozy living room with a comfortable couch. The cleanliness of the room was commendable , providing a pleasant atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the balcony view, making it a nice spot to unwind after a long day. Many nearby restaurants added convenience to my dining choices during my stay.

The noise from the street was occasionally disruptive during the night.
